Delete Your RedsCard Account
Account deletion is available directly inside the RedsCard iOS app.
How to delete
Open RedsCard, choose Account, open Privacy & Legal, then choose Delete account. Confirm with your current password. You do not need to contact support.
What is deleted
Your profile, active native sessions, tracked-item ownership, targets, wishlist, Telegram connection, feedback, account-linked visit telemetry, and account-linked support diagnostics handled by the deletion process are removed.
What may remain
Shared product and price intelligence may remain after it is no longer connected to your identity. Restricted encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 30 days until normal backup rotation completes. Security records may be retained only for their approved retention period or when required by law.
