Rules for using the RedsCard price-tracking service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a RedsCard account. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age for online services, that higher age applies.
The service
RedsCard is an independent product-monitoring and price-history service. It helps users organize supported products, track prices, review historical price information, set targets, manage wishlists, view coupon or deal information, and receive alerts. RedsCard does not sell the physical products shown.
Independent service
RedsCard is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Amazon or another retailer. Third-party names, product images, trademarks, and retailer content belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products, retailer destinations, or publicly available product information. RedsCard is not currently an Amazon Associates affiliate.
Prices and alerts
Retailer prices, availability, seller information, shipping terms, ratings, coupons, and other listing information can change at any time. Information may be delayed, personalized, unavailable, or inaccurate. You must verify the final price and terms with the retailer before purchase. RedsCard does not guarantee that a displayed price, coupon, stock status, detected change, or alert will remain available or be delivered immediately.
Your account
Provide accurate details, protect your credentials and device, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not attempt unauthorized access, abusive automation, interference, fraud, security attacks, resale of access, reverse engineering where prohibited, or other harmful or unlawful use. RedsCard may restrict or suspend abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful use.
Purchases and plans
Any physical purchase is completed with the retailer and is governed by the retailer's price, availability, delivery, return, and payment terms. The first RedsCard App Store release is free. Premium access, where visible, is invitation-only beta access and is not sold in iOS. Any future paid digital feature will be introduced with updated terms and an Apple-compliant purchase flow where required.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account in the iOS app under Account, Privacy & Legal, Delete account. Account-linked personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Shared product-price history may remain after it is disconnected from your identity, and restricted backup copies may remain for up to 30 days while normal backup rotation completes.
Availability and responsibility
RedsCard is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable and information useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free retailer information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RedsCard is not responsible for retailer decisions, transactions, delivery, returns, warranties, seller conduct, or losses caused solely by retailer changes in price, availability, or terms. Nothing limits mandatory consumer or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
International availability
RedsCard may be made available in multiple countries or regions. Feature availability, supported retailers, currencies, and legal rights can vary by location. Mandatory local consumer and privacy rights continue to apply where required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without limiting any mandatory consumer, privacy, or other rights that apply to you in your country or region.
Changes
Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice or renewed acceptance.
