How RedsCard handles information used to operate price-tracking accounts and related services.

Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, RedsCard may process your account name and email, a securely hashed password, account/session identifiers, an Apple push-notification device token when you opt in, tracked products, targets, wishlist entries, language and app preferences, product interactions, login/device/app-version information, performance and diagnostic information, IP address and approximate country, support information, Telegram identifiers when voluntarily connected, and feedback associated with RedsCard product or deal features.
Why we use it
We use information to authenticate and protect accounts, provide tracking, history, targets, wishlists and alerts, remember preferences, detect abuse, diagnose failures and performance, improve reliability, and answer support and privacy requests.
Retailer data
Product names, images, prices, seller details, ratings, coupons, availability, and links may come from publicly accessible supported retailer pages and services. RedsCard is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon or another retailer. RedsCard is not currently an Amazon Associates affiliate.
Sharing and tracking
RedsCard uses infrastructure and service providers such as hosting/database providers, Cloudflare, email delivery, Telegram when connected by the user, and administrator-controlled AI services for operational or promotional workflows. RedsCard does not sell personal information, does not use an advertising SDK, does not access Apple's advertising identifier, and does not use personal information for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking in the current release.
International processing
RedsCard may be available internationally, so information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Processing is limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate the service, with provider security and contractual protections used where applicable.
Retention
Account information is kept while the account exists. Tracked products, targets, wishlist entries and preferences are kept until you remove them or delete your account. User-linked analytics, performance and diagnostic records are kept for up to 90 days. Security and login records are kept for up to 90 days. Support requests are kept for up to 12 months. Password-reset records are kept until used or expired. Deleted-account information may remain in restricted encrypted backups for up to 30 days while backup rotation completes. Shared product-price history that no longer identifies or links to a user may be retained.
Your choices
You can remove tracked items, change preferences, disable remote notifications, disconnect Telegram, contact [email protected], or permanently delete your account in the iOS app under Account, Privacy & Legal, Delete account. Disabling notifications revokes the registered push token. Account deletion revokes active native sessions and removes account-linked personal information handled by the deletion process.
Security
RedsCard uses HTTPS, securely hashed passwords, revocable native sessions, restricted production access, iOS Keychain protection, and Apple Push Notification service for opted-in remote alerts. Push tokens are routing identifiers and are not shown to administrators. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
